About StockPilot

StockPilot is a browser-based prototype of practical tools for ecommerce inventory replenishment and purchase planning.

What the prototype does

It focuses on transparent, SKU-level planning calculations: reorder points, a conservative safety-stock estimate, on-hand stockout timing, purchase-order quantities with inbound timing, MOQ, and case-pack constraints, plus cost and health views: EOQ, landed cost, inventory holding cost, cash tied up in stock, and inventory turnover.

What it does not claim to do

StockPilot does not replace inventory systems, demand forecasting, purchasing approval, financial planning, or operational judgement. Results are planning estimates that depend on the sales rate, lead-time definition, receipt timing, inventory policy, and supplier constraints supplied by the user.

Method and content status

This site is currently a local-browser prototype. Formula explanations and planning guidance should be reviewed against real operating data and the policies of the business using them before a public commercial launch.

No company profile, team information, legal entity, or public contact channel is configured in this prototype. A real public contact route and content-maintenance process should be in place before offering the site as a public service.
